NHS Shared Business Services manages accounts payable services on behalf of a number of NHS Organisations and we are writing to let you know that you may need to change the address details you hold for invoicing, depending on your current invoicing method:
Any items delivered to Phoenix House, Topcliffe Lane, will be redirected to the PO Box address for the next six months. After this point, they will be returned to sender.
If you are a Purchase Order (PO) supplier, you may have noticed the ‘invoice to’ or ‘bill to’ address has also changed. This was because a system change was made on 28 January, prior to this communication being issued.
The ICB have made some slight changes to the Cataract referral form, by adding another provider (Sussex Premier Health) and some amendments to the text at the end of the document. Please click here for the Word version and here for an editable PDF version.
