Let me show you how you can delete the transactions uploaded from your bank account.
You need to exclude the uploaded transaction first before you can delete it in the system.
To exclude, here's how:
Once done, it will transfer on the Excluded tab for your reference. From there, you can select the transaction by putting a check mark beside it, then select Delete on the Batch actions button. (Please refer to the screenshot below)
For the detailed steps and further information about excluding a transaction in QuickBooks, you can check out this article: How to Exclude Expenses from Downloaded Bank Transactions.

March 24, 2020 11:35 AMI have excluded and deleted transactions multiple times, however, every time bank feed updates the transactions keep coming back to my review tab. How can you fix this?
March 24, 2020 12:30 PMI'll help with your banking transactions, Angie.
Let's follow some troubleshooting steps to check if this is caused by a browser issue.
Start by switching to an incognito/private browsing session and log back in to your account. Follow these keyboard shortcuts to quickly open and incognito session:
Once done, exclude or delete the transactions. Then, click the Update button in the upper-right hand corner to test if they would no longer go back in the For Review tab.
If they're not showing up anymore, clear your browser's cache and temporary internet files. Follow the steps in this article for additional details: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?.

March 24, 2020 01:34 PMThanks for the suggestion - it did not work. But I was told there's an open investigation on this. Possibly FI related?? (It does not happen with the 2 different company credit cards, only my 2 bank accts which are the same institution.)
March 24, 2020 03:11 PMHi Angie Kosins.
Good to see you again! I take it that you're referring to my response to your reply from an earlier thread.
I dug up the investigation case again and it doesn't specify what banks are affected. We'd like to work on this and prevent the issue from happening to other financial institutions.
Since the Community is a public forum, I'm unable to access the needed information in your account (for update purposes). If you haven't already, I'd recommend contacting our phone support team. You can share your findings with them, and this will help hasten the progress for the resolution.
To reiterate the workaround, we can leave the transactions (from the two affected bank accounts) in the Excluded tab. When we have the fix, that's the time we'll delete them. Here's how:
